In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Silent Day (Nyepi)/ Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Silent/ Seclusion Day typically falls in March (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Silent Day.

As part of our routine resort upkeep, we would like to share a brief update regarding the enhancement activity at the Palace Pool area. During this period, guests staying in Ayodya Palace and Ayodya Suite may notice light improvement works taking place. A gradual refresh of the wooden deck will be carried out in phases, allowing the area to remain comfortably accessible for guests throughout the period. The works are scheduled from 19 February to 19 March 2026, and will take place during daytime hours only. The activity has been carefully planned to ensure minimal impact on guest experience and ongoing reservations. Our operations and guest services will continue to run smoothly, and guest comfort remains our highest priority.
