Caro Hotel is a former 19th-century palace located in the heart of Valencia, just 656 feet from the Cathedral. Architecturally unique, it masterfully combines historical elements with contemporary design, offering a unique and sophisticated experience featuring elements more than 2,000 years old, including a 2nd-century Roman mosaic, part of the 13th-century Moorish wall, and Gothic arches.
Designed by Francesc Rifé, each room is unique and reflects an elegant minimalist style, with carefully curated details and unique elements such as medieval coffered ceilings or the Moorish arches that adorn some rooms. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and a complimentary mini-bar. Bathrooms include Lalique toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers.
In 2024, Caro Hotel was awarded a Michelin Key, a distinction recognizing the most exceptional hotels for their excellence, character, and quality of experience. This award, conferred for the first time by the MICHELIN Guide to honor quality in the hospitality industry, underscores the deep-rooted commitment of the Valencian hotel sector to providing top-quality services.
