The geographically nearest coast is not necessarily the port on your ticket.

Manta Point and Manta Bay are different named places. Clarify the itinerary with the booked operator, along with whether the trip is snorkelling or diving. Purple Dive describes Manta Point cleaning stations but also weather that can prevent access. A wildlife outing should leave room for the operator to change plans. Enjoy a possible encounter without treating a particular animal or site as a guaranteed inclusion.

Ask the official collection point which payment you are making and retain the receipt. An island-entry payment should not be described as an all-attractions pass.

Does a dive stay automatically include the mainland boat?
