Western Ham Tien and Nguyen Dinh Chieu
After checking in or arranging bag storage, explore only the part of Nguyen Dinh Chieu beside your hotel. Locate its entrance from the road, find a nearby café or dinner spot, then return for a look at the waterfront from your own property. The resort strip has restaurants along the road, but the beach is not a continuous public path between every hotel. Keep this first walk short, especially after arriving from Saigon, and cross back at a place you can recognise after dark. If the journey ends late, eat at the hotel and leave the street walk until tomorrow. Before the evening ends, arrange the next morning’s excursion pickup and breakfast if it starts before the restaurant opens.
Visitors use Mui Ne for the whole resort coast as well as the original fishing village. Ham Tien is the developed strip along Nguyen Dinh Chieu; the village and red dunes lie farther along the coast, with Suoi Nuoc beyond them to the north. Phan Thiet is a separate city and transport gateway.

This is a useful couple’s option when a balcony matters more than seeing the ocean from the bedroom. The policy allows two adults and one child under six sharing their bedding, subject to the hotel accepting that arrangement. For a child aged six or older, ask for another suitable category: the policy requires an extra bed from that age, and extra beds cannot be added to Anam Rooms. A long kite stay works better when both people have a day they enjoy. Choose a base near the assigned teaching beach, then give the non-rider independent time for a café, the room’s balcony or the resort pool. If the instructor moves the lesson with the wind, leave room for the two plans to change separately. Vietnam Railways lists Binh Thuan on selected north–south services between Saigon and Nha Trang; some trains pass without stopping. Search your date and book the service that actually calls there, then send its arrival details to the driver collecting you for the coast. Phan Thiet is a separate branch destination: use it only when your selected-date booking shows a service, and arrange the road pickup for that station instead. Neither station is at a Mui Ne resort. When continuing north, match your return driver to the station printed on the onward ticket. An overnight train is a further travel night, outside the three-hotel-night leisure plan.
Pandanus runs a three-hour white-dunes excursion from and back to the resort at 3 Nguyen Huu Tho. Reserve it at the front desk and agree the departure time; request sunrise specifically if that is what you want. The route visits Bau Trang, then offers either the red dunes or Fairy Stream. Pick one of those extra stops before the trip rather than expecting both in the same booking. Return to Pandanus, then have breakfast or lunch and a slower afternoon. If you are staying elsewhere, ask whether the resort accepts your booking and where to join, and arrange the final ride back to your own hotel.
Pandanus guests can reserve the complimentary morning outing at the Guest Relations Desk. It departs by minivan at 06:30, continues on foot through the fishing harbour, village streets and local market, and returns at 08:00. Be at the assigned resort meeting place before departure. This is a guest programme, so visitors at other hotels should arrange their own village ride or ask about acceptance rather than simply turn up for a free transfer. Two people dividing the one-way cost pay EUR 42.50 each; the provider still charges EUR 85 for the car. The return product covers two road legs, not two passengers. A city-hotel collection has a separately quoted price. Use the airport rate as a comparison when deciding between a direct arrival and a night in Saigon, including that city room and any separate local rides in the latter option.
Pandanus lists VND 1,200,000 per car for one to four passengers on its white-dunes excursion. Four sharing the car divide that into VND 300,000 each. Each additional passenger costs VND 400,000, with at most two extra passengers; a six-person party therefore totals VND 2,000,000 for the listed tour. Ask the resort to accept the exact party and allocate the vehicle. Optional activities at the dunes belong in a further allowance, rather than being silently added to the shared-car figure. Pandanus lists a four-hour return tour with Po Sah Inu Cham Towers, Duc Thanh School, Ong Pagoda, Phan Thiet Market and the harbour/Van Thuy Tu whale temple. Reserve the departure through the resort and return there afterwards, adding a ride to your own hotel if needed. This is a different outing from the Mui Ne fishing-village walk. Staying in Phan Thiet itself can suit someone prioritising city food, but daily visits to a Ham Tien lesson centre then need road transport.

Send arrival and departure dates, party size, the type of room you want and a rough budget. Ask for the suggested property’s name and the relevant sport centre so you can judge the commute.
